Our reception team will be happy to wake you at your chosen time. Please let us know the day before.

We can store your luggage in our luggage room.

The car park is unattended and the hotel accepts no responsibility for damage, theft or other incidents.

Free shuttle service to Aguadulce beach.
Please ask at Reception for the timetable.
SWIMMING POOLS
For hygiene and safety reasons, children must wear swim nappies where required. Please follow the rules displayed on the information sign in the pool area.
Main Pool
Open from 10:30 to 19:00.
Open from 1 June to 29 September.
Opening hours may change depending on weather conditions. Our team can confirm the current timetable.
Heated Indoor Pool
Open all year from 10:00 to 22:00.
The pool is not heated from 1 July to 30 September.
Golf Club Pool (for golf course members only)
Closed.
SUN LOUNGERS
Sun loungers are free to use and cannot be reserved.
Staff may remove towels from loungers left unused for more than 30 consecutive minutes when other guests are waiting to use them.
Your belongings will be taken to Hotel Reception.
POOL TOWELS
Pool towels are provided free of charge and must be returned at the end of your stay. Room towels must not be used at the pools or on the beach.
SAFETY
Always check that your room door is closed when you leave.
Glass bottles, glasses and other sharp or breakable containers are not permitted at the pools. Plastic cups are available for these areas.
Take extra care when walking near our “Wet Floor” signs.
Please keep your belongings under supervision at all times.
Each room has a detailed floor plan showing the evacuation route to follow if the alarm sounds. If you discover a fire, notify Reception immediately.
If the alarm sounds, leave your room and head towards the entrance, where the assembly point is located.
