The management of Env\u00eda Almer\u00eda Apartaments Spa & Golf has established the following mandatory rules for guests staying with dogs or cats, to ensure safety, hygiene and harmonious coexistence within the complex.<\/p>\n\n
Cats and small dogs (up to 10 kg): \u20ac10.00 per pet per night. (Maximum 2 animals per accommodation unit.)<\/p>\n\n
Medium-sized dogs (up to 25 kg): \u20ac14.00 per night. (Maximum 1 animal per accommodation unit.)<\/p>\n\n
Breed restrictions:<\/strong> For safety reasons and in accordance with applicable regulations, breeds classified as potentially dangerous (PPP) are not permitted. Birds, reptiles and any other animal species are also prohibited.<\/p>\n\n Documentation:<\/strong> The owner must hold the animal\u2019s up-to-date vaccination record and third-party liability insurance. Hotel staff may request these documents at any time.<\/p>\n\n Moving around the complex:<\/strong> Animals must always be kept on a short lead in communal areas, under their owner\u2019s direct supervision and wearing a muzzle where necessary.<\/p>\n\n Permitted areas:<\/strong> Provided they behave appropriately, animals are allowed on the hotel caf\u00e9 terrace and in Casa Mendoza: the hall and terrace of Casa Mendoza.<\/p>\n\n Sporting activities (golf):<\/strong> As an exclusive courtesy, animals may accompany their owners while playing golf in designated areas of the course. They must remain on a lead at all times and must not interfere with play or disturb other players.<\/p>\n\n Restricted areas:<\/strong> Animals are not permitted in the swimming pool area, indoor dining rooms or inside the caf\u00e9, except when passing through is strictly necessary.<\/p>\n\n Toileting:<\/strong> In outdoor areas and gardens, owners must pick up their animals\u2019 droppings and must use a bottle of water to dilute urine.<\/p>\n\n Use of the apartment:<\/strong> Animals must not use beds, sofas or other furniture. The property\u2019s showers and towels must not be used to wash or groom pets.<\/p>\n\n Specific requirements for cats:<\/strong> Owners must provide their own litter tray and scratching post. If these are not available on arrival, a surcharge of \u20ac4.00 per night will apply to provide the required items during the stay. This does not exempt the owner from responsibility for preventing damage to furniture.<\/p>\n\n Leaving animals alone:<\/strong> Animals may be left alone in the apartment only while their owners are attending breakfast or dinner service. In this case, owners must notify Reception and provide a working mobile phone number. If any disturbance occurs (noise or barking), the owner must return immediately when notified by the hotel.<\/p>\n\n Cleaning service:<\/strong> For staff safety, the accommodation will not be cleaned while an animal is inside. Owners must agree a time with Reception to take the animal out so that cleaning can be carried out.<\/p>\n\n Security deposit:<\/strong> A \u20ac150.00 deposit is required on arrival. This amount will be refunded in full after the apartment is inspected at check-out, provided there is no damage.<\/p>\n\n Liability:<\/strong> The owner bears sole civil liability for any damage caused by the animal to third parties or furniture.
